"It's been raining like hell for the past week, so to shake off the blues, me and my fam decided to have dinner outside. My brothers close buddy recommended Tough Kitchen, a cafe located at phase 5 in Pacita Complex. After ordering ( burger, sisig w/ rice, tapsilig and burger steak), I can't help but marvel at the cozy interiors of the cafe. It has an elegant, homey feel to it. I ordered the burger steak. 2 chunky patties with gravy. Tastes like a million bucks. The tapsilog, sisig and burger are equally flavorful. The price point of each dish is super affordable, the burger steak is the most expensive item in the menu - at 199 pesos. No wonder this cafe is one of the best kept secrets among foodies in my area. Tough Kitchen is affordable, tasty food, stunning interiors. Overall, impressive. Rating: 5 stars."
